You are an experienced Business Analyst who combines strong stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of system integrations and data flows. You are comfortable discussing business processes with stakeholders while also diving into APIs, integration patterns and technical design discussions with engineers.You bring curiosity, ownership and analytical thinking and are able to turn complex challenges into practical and scalable solutions.• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Workday environment focused on integrations.• Proven experience analysing and documenting integration requirements.• Experience working with Workday integrations, data exchange and system connectivity.• Understanding of APIs, web services and integration concepts.• Basic understanding of Workday Studio / Orchestrate, or similar Workday integration technologies,such as Workday PECI, Workday Connectors or Workday Extend is a strong advantage.• Ability to work closely with development teams to design and realise integrations.• Experience mapping and analysing data structures, interfaces and end-to-end process flows.• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex international environments.• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS and DevOps methodologies.• Experience with cloud integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services or similar).• Understanding of identity and access integrations (Entra ID/Azure AD, IAM).• Experience with reporting and data analysis within Workday.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple way.• Able to challenge stakeholders constructively and create clarity in ambiguous situations.• Naturally curious and eager to understand both business processes and technical solutions.• A true team player who enjoys knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Een bedrijfs- en beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering is verplicht.
