For the AIT department, Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands is looking for an AIT Manager.In this role, you will coordinate and manage Assembly, Integration & Test activities for the development of next-generation flexible Solar Array systems. You will ensure that internal test facilities, planning and test execution are aligned, enabling projects to be delivered safely, efficiently and according to schedule.You will work closely with Team Leaders, Project Managers and Engineering teams while coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout the development process.Coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple projects;Ensure test plans are executed according to quality, planning and safety requirements;Manage technical and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;Support the successful delivery of advanced Solar Array programs.You are an organized technical project leader who enjoys coordinating complex engineering activities in a multidisciplinary environment.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline;Experience coordinating engineering or AIT activities within a high-tech environment;Experience within the aerospace or space industry is considered a strong advantage.A key coordination role within one of the world's leading space organizations;The opportunity to contribute to innovative satellite programs;An international and highly collaborative working environment;Exposure to advanced space technologies and multidisciplinary engineering teams;A one-year deta-vast assignment with the possibility of permanent employment.Een bedrijfs- en beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering is verplicht.
