We are curious to know what you will add to our team of D&A business architects.With you, the D&A architecture team will consist of approximately 10 people. Together, we define the architecture direction for the Global Data & Analytics Platform and D&A Products & Transformation. We believe architecture should be owned by teams, and we actively enable this through coaching, setting principles and standards, and collaboration.We value integrity, a growth mindset, and openness. In addition, it is important that you are a team player, have leadership skills and recognize yourself in the items below:- 7+ years in relevant roles, including 3+ years in enterprise or business architecture in a complex D&A environment- Strong architecture vision on data products, AI-ready data, and data ontology- Deep understanding of strategy, capabilities, and value streams - ensuring the business ‘what and why’ precedes the technical ‘how’- Ability to translate business needs into scalable architectural solutions- Delivering results in a leadership position, steering the domain together with the business lead and tech lead.- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and IT- Strong coaching and mentoring skills towards solution architects- Excellent communication skills, from C-level to engineering teamsEen bedrijfs- en beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering is verplicht.
