As part of the ING Analytics Office, you'll work at the heart of this transformation—helping shape analytics strategy, AI governance, operating models, and strategic priorities across ING's global Analytics organization.Working alongside Chief Analytics Officers, Tribe Leads, and senior stakeholders, you'll help define how analytics capabilities evolve across multiple countries, business domains, and strategic initiatives.Why This Role Is DifferentThis isn't a traditional consulting role and it isn't a typical analytics role.Instead of advising multiple external clients, you'll help shape the long-term analytics and AI strategy of one of Europe's leading financial institutions. You'll move beyond recommendations and become part of the team responsible for turning strategy into execution.This role combines strategy consulting, analytics transformation, AI governance, senior stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management within a global banking environmentAbout the RoleBased inING Hubs Turkiye, you'll join theING Analytics Office, a globally operating team supporting ING's Chief Analytics Officers and Tribe Leads across ING's international organization.You will help drive analytics strategy, organizational transformation, portfolio management, strategic partnerships, AI governance initiatives, and operational excellence across ING Analytics.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and analytics, providing exposure to senior decision-making while supporting some of ING's most important data and AI initiatives.Work ModelAt ING Hubs Türkiye, flexibility is more than a benefit—it's part of how we work.Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility. Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.As part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to AI solutions that support international banking operations.What You'll DriveAs part of the ING Analytics Office, you'll help shape how Analytics and AI are governed, prioritized, and scaled across ING.Your work may include:Analytics and AI strategy development.Organizational design and analytics operating model evolution.AI governance initiatives, including EU AI Act and Generative AI coordination.Strategic partnerships with industry and academic organizations.Analytics portfolio management and quarterly review processes.Data-driven transformation programs involving governance, planning, and organizational alignment.Stakeholder engagement across Chief Analytics Officers, Tribe Leads, and senior business leaders.Translating analytics strategy into actionable objectives, roadmaps, and execution plans.Shaping AI in a Regulated EnvironmentOne of the unique aspects of this role is the opportunity to contribute to AI governance and responsible AI adoption within a highly regulated industry.You may support initiatives related to AI governance, Generative AI coordination, analytics operating models, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act, helping ensure that innovation and regulatory expectations evolve together.About YouWe hire smart people like you for your potential. In return, we'll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.We're looking for someone who combines consulting rigor, analytical thinking, and a passion for transformation.You likely bring:4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, analytics, or program management.A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Business, or a related field.Experience managing complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.A structured problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above).Experience in analytics, data, AI, governance, financial services, or consulting practices focused on technology and transformation will be considered an advantage.Successful candidates are able to balance strategic thinking with execution, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, drive alignment across multiple initiatives, and translate complex challenges into practical outcomes.Equal OpportunityDon't meet every single requirement?
