Role: Accounting and Reporting Expert II (Master Data Management, Cost Center & Organizational Data)Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational & Cost Center Change ExecutionSupport and execute organizational, cost center, and structural changes, including:Centralization of cost center maintenanceNew entity, function, or organizational setupEnsure changes are implemented consistently across HR, Finance, and reporting systemsMaster Data Management Across SystemsCreate, maintain, and control organizational and cost center master data across:Upstream / Input systems:Beeline / ServiceNow (Snow)Eureka / Workday FinanceE‑Profit Accounts PayableEPAM Asset ManagementCore / Throughput systems:Workday (Org Management / KP hierarchy)FAR General LedgerDownstream / Output & Reporting systems:CEDSGFRSHyperion PlanningING TodayCIA Statutory ReportingMASS / EPM CloudMIS OneBankData Flow & Integration ControlEnsure end‑to‑end data consistency across upstream inputs, core finance systems, and downstream reporting platformsUnderstand and manage system dependencies, sequencing, and impact analysis of master data changesProactively identify data breaks, misalignments, or timing issues affecting reporting and planning outputsBusiness & Systems TranslationTranslate business, Finance, and HR requirements into system‑ready master data structuresAct as a key liaison between:Finance & HR stakeholdersShared Services and IT / Systems teamsProcess Improvement & StandardizationIdentify opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual data handlingSupport standard operating procedures, documentation, and standardization across systemsContribute to strengthening data governance, controls, and scalabilityControls, Audit & GovernanceMaintain complete audit trails and evidence for internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with data governance standards and control requirementsStakeholder CollaborationPartner closely with Finance, HR, IT, Shared Services, and Transformation teamsProvide structured updates on status, risks, dependencies, and actionsWhat We’re Looking For:Experience & BackgroundExperience in Master Data Management, Finance Systems, ERP Support, Data OperationsHands‑on exposure to Finance and/or HR data structures, such as:Cost centersOrganizational hierarchiesEntities and reporting structuresExperience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or system-driven transformations is a strong plusSystems & Analytical SkillsStrong understanding of end‑to‑end data flows across multiple systemsExperience working with ERP and reporting environments (e.g., Workday, General Ledger, Planning or EPM platforms)Ability to manage dependencies between HR, Finance, and reporting systemsDemonstrates strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and confidence in managing complex system environments.
